Information you choose to provide

If you submit a Library Card, Weekly Protocol, Life Assessment report form, or other email form, the information you enter is sent to the email service used by Mindset Classroom. If you use the contact form, the name, email address, and message you provide are submitted for the purpose of responding to you.

Assessments, PDF reports, and browser storage

The Compass Check and Life Assessment are calculated in your browser. Mindset Classroom does not intentionally store the individual answer you selected for each question. When you complete an assessment, the site may send a pseudonymous summary for analytics: your result season, the twelve Life Assessment domain scores, aggregate implementation-readiness signals, priority and strength domains, recommended protocols, and the product recommendation produced by the assessment.

These analytics records use a randomly generated browser identifier rather than your name or email address. The identifier helps distinguish visits, returns, and repeat assessments on the same browser. It is not intended to identify you personally.

When you request a Life Assessment PDF report, a compact copy of the result is also saved in your browser so the report can be generated on your device and so a return link can reopen it later. The PDF is created in your browser from that saved result.

The Life Assessment email form is provided by Kit. If the form submission succeeds, Kit receives the email address you enter. Mindset Classroom can unlock the locally generated report when the embedded Kit form displays its successful submission state, or when Kit returns your browser to Mindset Classroom from a confirmation link. Access to the report does not depend on an email message arriving. Mindset Classroom analytics are intentionally kept separate from Kit: the analytics database does not intentionally receive your email address or custom free-text accountability commitment. If a Kit automation later sends a return link, that link can reopen the saved result only in the browser/device where it was originally saved. Vault access and temporary assessment access may also use local or session storage so the site can remember your state.

You can remove browser-stored information by clearing site data in your browser.

Email forms and third parties

Mindset Classroom currently uses Kit for email forms and Netlify for website hosting. Embedded or linked services such as YouTube, Google Drive, or other external destinations may process data under their own privacy policies when you interact with them.

First-party analytics

Mindset Classroom may collect pseudonymous first-party analytics such as page visits, referral or campaign source, coarse device class, protocol opens, assessment starts and completions, assessment summary scores, recommendation outcomes, report interactions, accountability choices, calendar actions, Vault entries, and future purchase events. This information is used to understand the customer journey, improve protocols and products, and evaluate whether the assessment recommendations are useful.

The analytics system is designed not to collect raw IP addresses, email addresses, names, contact-form messages, or custom accountability text into the analytics database. Assessment analytics and Kit subscriber information are kept separate.

You can disable future Mindset Classroom analytics on this browser. Previously collected pseudonymous records are not automatically deleted because they are not linked to an email account.

How information is used

Mindset Classroom does not sell personal information to advertisers.

Assessment limits

The Compass Check and Life Assessment are reflective self-assessment tools. They are not clinical, medical, psychological, financial, or diagnostic instruments.

Your choices

You can choose not to provide your email, disable first-party analytics on this device, clear browser-stored data, unsubscribe from emails using the link in a message, or contact Mindset Classroom at hello@mindsetclassroom.ca with a privacy question.
