Educational use

Mindset Classroom provides educational and self-reflection resources. The protocols, assessments, books, frameworks, videos, and related materials are not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other regulated advice.

No guarantee of outcomes

Results vary by person and circumstance. Mindset Classroom does not promise that completing an assessment, protocol, framework, or program will produce a specific personal, professional, financial, or health outcome.

Personal-use license

Unless a product expressly states otherwise, Mindset Classroom materials are provided for individual personal use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, or commercially exploit protected materials without permission.

Assessments

The Compass Check and Life Assessment are reflective tools intended to help visitors notice patterns and identify possible starting points. They should not be treated as diagnoses, validated psychometric tests, or definitive classifications.

Third-party services

Mindset Classroom uses third-party services to operate parts of the website and purchasing experience. This may include Kit for checkout, receipts, purchase records, and product fulfillment, Stripe or other payment processors used through Kit, and Netlify for website hosting and gated web access. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Mindset Classroom is not responsible for outages, policies, or services controlled solely by those third parties, but we will make reasonable efforts to help with purchase or access issues related to a Mindset Classroom product.

Paid products

Mindset Classroom sells digital products, which may include downloadable PDFs, printable editions, gated website editions, interactive tools, domain expansions, books, or other digital materials. The product page and checkout will describe the price, currency, and the main materials or access included with the purchase. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a purchase is for a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own individual purposes.

Product descriptions, screenshots, examples, and feature lists are intended to describe the product accurately, but minor presentation, formatting, or technical details may change as products are maintained or improved. A purchase does not transfer ownership of Mindset Classroom intellectual property.

Digital delivery and gated access

Digital products are delivered electronically. Depending on the product, delivery may include a Kit receipt or download, a redirect to a Mindset Classroom webpage, access to a protected web edition, or a combination of these methods.

For gated website products, access is normally connected to the email address used at checkout. You may be asked to enter that purchase email so the website can verify your entitlement before opening protected content or downloads. Mindset Classroom may also issue access codes for gifts, review access, promotions, support, or other authorized purposes. An access code unlocks only the edition or access level associated with that code.

Access credentials, verification links, tokens, access codes, and protected product files are for the purchaser or authorized recipient's use and may not be published, resold, or used to provide unauthorized access to others. Mindset Classroom may replace or revoke an access code that has been publicly posted, misused, or distributed beyond the purpose for which it was issued.

If a purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, cancelled where applicable, or otherwise determined not to have been successfully paid, associated gated access may be suspended or removed. If you lose access to a product you validly purchased, contact Mindset Classroom using the contact page and we will make reasonable efforts to restore or provide the purchased materials.

Refunds

Because Mindset Classroom products are digital and access or downloads may be provided immediately after purchase, purchases are normally final once the digital product has been delivered or made accessible. We do not generally provide refunds for change of mind after delivery.

We will review refund requests for duplicate purchases, material technical problems that prevent access and cannot reasonably be resolved, or other circumstances where a refund is appropriate. Any refund that is approved will normally be returned to the original payment method through the payment provider. If a refund is issued, access to the refunded product may be removed.

Nothing in this refund policy limits any cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. To request help or a refund, use the contact page and include the email address used for the purchase.

Availability and changes

Protocols, website features, examples, and product interfaces may be added, revised, moved, or improved as the Library develops. References to the 60-protocol system describe the planned complete curriculum; individual protocols may be marked available now or coming soon.

For paid products, Mindset Classroom may update the technical method used to deliver or verify access, provided that we do not intentionally remove the core purchased materials without a reasonable replacement or access path. Temporary outages, maintenance, browser changes, or third-party service interruptions may occasionally affect web-based features.
